Firstly, I would like to speak about how mental illnesses are not cured in a heartbeat. It takes time and dedication to get through these horrible, unfairly granted illnesses. Specifically, anxiety and depression can take up to four years to cure. Now don’t let that statistic overwhelm you. It can be cured much faster, with a lot of time and effort put into it.
Here are a few tips to help you get better sooner:
- Eat the right foods – Eating healthily will not only make you feel better about yourself, it will boost your bodily functions and make you feel more motivated and cause you to feel less stressed.
- Exercise! – Now I don’t exercise much myself, (but I should) because exercising relieves your stresses and gives your body a huge boost. It not only helps you physically, it helps you physically too! Exercise is great for the human brain and helps reduce stress A LOT.
- Meditation – You may not have tried meditating before, but you should! Because meditating is a great way to loosen up and calm yourself down. It lets you escape the worries of the world and tone down your stresses.

Now before I get into this topic I would like to thank you all for taking the time to view my blog. This is my first time EVER blogging so please forgive me for any mistakes. Now firstly I would like to say anxiety and depression are two very VERY curable illnesses. Someone who is very close to me was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at the age of 14. She is now 17 and over the past 4 years has almost recovered thanks to her perseverance and motivation into wanting to get better. It is CERTAINLY POSSIBLE to get better! and I know from experience that it is, just trust me on that one.
I know maybe right now you may feel helpless. As if its impossible for you to ever get your old life back. Or maybe your not a sufferer, but you know someone who is suffering and you feel like they will never be their past self again. Well. you will get better. And that person suffering you know will get better. It just takes time and dedication.
I would like to help you all on your life journey, to help cure you overcome your dreadful illness, or help your loved one recover from theirs.
